Bibin has extensive experience as a transactional attorney, having worked for multiple law firms specializing in commercial loan transactions. He most recently worked at Geraci Law Firm from January 2019 to May 2020, where he structured commercial loan transactions secured by real and business property, negotiated lease subordination agreements with franchise tenants, and drafted and negotiated loan hypothecation documents, master loan sale and origination agreements, and other related agreements. At Highland Law Corporation, Bibin was part of a high-volume team documenting over $500 million in multistate commercial loan transactions each month for banks, credit unions, and non-institutional lenders. He drafted and reviewed loan documents secured by commercial or multifamily real property, deposit accounts, UCC-1 personal property collateral, or any combination of the foregoing, and advised clients in connection with requests to revise processes and procedures, loan templates, financial covenants, and financial reporting requirements.

Bibin is highly skilled in drafting and negotiating a variety of transactional documents, advising clients on complex legal matters, and conducting due diligence in connection with loan closings. He is dedicated to providing clients with practical legal solutions that meet their business objectives.

Since joining Louis Law Group, Bibin has overseen a team of attorneys in the first-party property insurance litigation practice area.  As the legislative landscape for this practice area continues to evolve, Bibin has focused on staying current with new case law and statutory changes in order to effectively advise clients, public adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
