Pierre obtained his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from the University of Florida – Fredric G. Levin College of Law, where he also completed the International and Comparative Law Certificate Program. During his time there, he gained practical experience as an Advanced Certified Legal Intern at the Virgil Hawkins Civil Clinic Family Law Section and as a Summer Intern at the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office. These roles enhanced his understanding of legal research, court proceedings, and judicial conferences.
Pierre also broadened his international perspective on law by studying abroad at the University of Montpellier College of Law in France. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, with a focus on Political Science, from Florida Atlantic University’s Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College.
Before embarking on his legal career, Pierre served in the United States Coast Guard National Maritime Center for over six years, where he held positions such as Account Reconciler and Assistant Property Officer. He was awarded the Coast Guard Achievement Medal for his superior performance, and his duties included managing properties and monitoring a substantial annual budget. Pierre’s military service fostered a strong sense of discipline and commitment to service, qualities he continues to embody in his legal practice.
